Welcome to Sree Adithya Home Foods (SAHF Veg) ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the SAHF Veg website ( shafveg.com ), mobile application, and related food ordering and subscription delivery services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or placing an order through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

Account Creation: To place an order or manage a food subscription, you may need to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information (including name, delivery address, phone number, and email).

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age or using the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Pure Vegetarian Commitment & Product Information

100% Pure Vegetarian: All items prepared and supplied by SAHF Veg are strictly vegetarian.

Product Availability & Changes: All food items, daily menus, and meal plans are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify menus, ingredients, or discontinue products without prior notice to maintain quality and seasonal freshness.

Allergen Notice: While we follow strict food handling and hygiene practices, our kitchens process common food ingredients including dairy (milk, ghee, paneer), peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, and gluten. Customers with severe dietary allergies must exercise caution and review ingredient disclosures before ordering.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

Order Confirmation: An order is deemed confirmed once you receive an order confirmation message or email notification through our platform.

Pricing: All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include or clearly detail applicable taxes and delivery fees prior to checkout. We reserve the right to revise menu prices at any time.

Payment Methods: Payments can be made via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, supported digital wallets, or Cash on Delivery (COD, if available at your location). Orders are processed upon successful payment verification.

4. Delivery & Service Areas

Delivery Scope: Deliveries are made only to operational service locations and addresses specified during checkout.

Timelines: Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to traffic conditions, adverse weather, peak holiday demand, or operational delays.

Recipient Availability: Customers must ensure someone is available at the provided address and reachable via phone to receive the delivery. In the event of an incorrect address or an unreachable recipient, the order will be considered completed, and no refund will be issued.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

On-Demand Food Orders: Due to the perishable and freshly cooked nature of food products, cancellations are only permitted within 5 minutes of placing an order, provided food preparation has not commenced.

Meal Subscriptions: Subscription pauses, modifications, or cancellations must be requested at least 12 to 24 hours in advance of the scheduled meal prep window via your account dashboard or customer support.

Quality Issues or Missing Items: If an item is missing, damaged, spoiled, or incorrect upon delivery, you must report it to our customer support within 2 hours of receipt along with photographic proof. Verified claims will be eligible for a replacement, wallet credit, or refund processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

6. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Services for any fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized purpose.

Interfere with the security, network, or server operations of our platform.

Abuse promo codes, discounts, referral programs, or system vulnerabilities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the SAHF Veg platform—including logos, trademarks, brand names, menu descriptions, images, graphics, and software—is the proprietary property of Sree Adithya Home Foods and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

SAHF Veg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services or consumption of food products beyond the total order value paid by you.

We are not liable for delays or delivery failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions, or network outages.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Anantapur / Andhra Pradesh, India.
