At Sree Adithya Home Foods (SAHF Veg), we are committed to delivering freshly prepared, pure vegetarian home-style meals, meal subscriptions, and packaged traditional delicacies safely and promptly to your doorstep.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains our delivery procedures, service areas, schedules, and conditions.

1. Service Coverage & Operational Areas

We currently deliver within designated operational zones and serviceable pin codes in our active regions across Andhra Pradesh.

Customers must enter their complete address and pin code during checkout to verify serviceability before placing an order.

We do not deliver outside our designated local delivery radius for hot, cooked food.

2. Delivery Models & Timelines

A. Daily Meal Subscriptions & Scheduled Orders

Breakfast / Morning Slots: Delivered between 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM

Lunch Slots: Delivered between 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM

Dinner Slots: Delivered between 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Meals are packed immediately after preparation to ensure maximum freshness and hygiene.

B. On-Demand / Express Orders

Hot food items ordered on-demand are prepared fresh upon order confirmation.

Estimated delivery time typically ranges between 30 to 50 minutes, depending on your distance from our kitchen, traffic conditions, and kitchen prep volume.

C. Packaged Foods (Pachadi, Podis, Sweets & Snacks)

Packaged items ordered separately or alongside meals are dispatched within 24 hours.

For non-perishable regional shipments (if applicable), standard transit takes 2 to 4 business days.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on delivery distance, order value, and subscription tier.

All applicable shipping and delivery fees are transparently itemized at checkout before payment confirmation.

Certain active promotional offers or monthly subscription plans may include Free Delivery, subject to specified minimum order thresholds.

4. Order Tracking & Notifications

Once your meal is prepared and dispatched, you will receive real-time updates via SMS, push notifications, or WhatsApp.

You can track the status of your order and rider dispatch directly from your SAHF Veg account dashboard.

5. Delivery Handover & Customer Responsibilities

Accurate Details: Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details, including flat/door number, building/street name, landmark, and reachable contact phone number.

Recipient Availability: The delivery partner will attempt to call the registered phone number upon arrival. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.

Unsuccessful Delivery: If the delivery partner cannot reach you after multiple phone attempts, or if an incorrect address was provided, the order will be marked as delivered or cancelled due to the perishable nature of hot food. No refund or re-delivery will be provided in such cases.

Contactless Delivery: If requested, delivery partners can leave the package at your doorstep, security desk, or designated reception area. SAHF Veg is not responsible for items once dropped off per your explicit instructions.

6. Delays Beyond Our Control (Force Majeure)

While we strive for punctual delivery, unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to:

Extreme weather conditions or heavy rainfall

Severe traffic disruptions, road closures, or diversions

Local authority regulations, curfews, or strikes

Technical or connectivity outages

In such rare situations, our team will proactively notify you of revised delivery estimates.

7. Damaged, Tampered, or Incorrect Shipments

All packages are sealed using tamper-evident food-grade containers.

Do not accept food packages that arrive visibly tampered with, unsealed, or badly damaged during transit.

In the event of spillage, transit damage, or missing items, report the issue to our support team within 2 hours of receipt along with clear photographs of the package. Verified issues will be resolved with a prompt re-dispatch, meal credit, or refund.
